The service
Quay routes supplier orders on your behalf and returns confirmations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the orders you place and for paying your suppliers.
Acceptable use
Don't use Quay to send unsolicited messages, harass suppliers, or break the law.
Liability
Quay is provided "as is" during the beta period. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or incorrect supplier deliveries. Always confirm critical orders directly.
